Development Progress

Since the Planning Committee on 7th December 2017, we have agreed the Section 106 Agreement with Scarborough Borough Council and the Planning Permission was formally issued on 2nd February 2018.

Following this, we have made significant progress on detailed design and discharge of pre-commencement planning conditions. A contractor has now been appointed and we hope to start construction in May 2018.

Our Proposals

Are to develop a 16,000 sq ft M&S Foodhall and a 16,920 sq ft ALDI, along with a large dedicated customer car park on the site adjacent to Homebase.
